Soul Learning® In-School Program
The Soul Learning® In-School Program is a preventative wellbeing program that equips students with simple, lifelong strategies to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
It adopts a Te Ao Māori approach to wellbeing, grounded in the Te Whare Tapa Whā model of hauora.
Designed specifically for schools, it supports students in remembering their true selves and nurturing their overall wellbeing.
It includes easy-to-use teacher resources, engaging digital content, and a personal student journal to support learning and reflection.
Topics covered include resilience, identity, balance, emotional awareness, self-love, compassion, bravery, forgiveness, and more.
It’s a collaborative journey — where teachers walk alongside students, nurturing wellbeing together in a connected, culturally grounded way.
What sets us apart is that we are not just teaching wellbeing — we’re creating space to live it, breathe it, and build it from the inside out.
Survey results show that students experience reduced stress and worry, improved emotional regulation, and enhanced overall wellbeing.
By strengthening students from within, the program empowers them to understand themselves better, normalise their experiences, and reduce the stigma around seeking support.
Soul Learning® In-School program supports the school community in their wellbeing journey.
Staff gain access to a user-friendly digital platform filled with simple, practical wellbeing resources.
Students receive their own personal journal to support learning, reflection, and growth.
We're committed to partnering with schools to make the program accessible and affordable, with funding options available to support implementation.
